This is a remote position initially, with the possibility of relocation to our UAE office and visa support for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and growth potential.
The role
You will work closely with our marketing and project management team to manage social media activities for multiple brands and client accounts. The role combines day-to-day social media management with hands-on support for digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for Kreative Minds and our clients
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social platforms
- Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
- Manage Meta Business Suite and support Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Track ad performance, budgets, leads, and key campaign metrics
- Prepare simple campaign and social media performance reports
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and leads
- Research trends, competitors, audiences, and content opportunities
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, clients, and project managers
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, creatives, budgets, and results
- Support other digital marketing tasks as required
What we are looking for
- Practical experience managing social media pages or client accounts
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, audiences, budgets, and basic optimization
- Good English communication and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working with deadlines and remote teams
- Agency, freelance, or client management experience is a strong advantage
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content tools is a plus
